Upon completion of the program, you may be considered for a position at PCL. Our 3-month paid and benefit-eligible returnships give returners work assignments that help them rejoin the workforce. Qualified candidates may be offered full-time employment at PCL.

Welcoming individuals from several professional backgrounds

To be considered for our Returners Programme, you will need a minimum of a 18-month career break, 2 years of previous professional experience and be available to work full-time.

Program Benefits
