UK Payroll 101
A complimentary training course on UK payroll Fundamentals delivered by our experienced cipp-certified trainers, where attendees thoroughly understood complex payroll legislation and calculations.
PCL organized this complimentary training for its HR network as a part of its ESG initiative and to help the HR community update on the recent changes in the UK payroll. Spread over two half-day sessions, this complimentary training session aimed to provide foundational knowledge of the UK payroll landscape.

The curriculum covered core requirements of the UK payroll legislation and accounting related to tax and NIC systems, deductions like maternity, sick pay, annual leave, and pensions. It also covered recent changes related to National Insurance and Income Taxes. This training was offered by experienced CIPP-certified trainers, and the course content was designed to assist professionals in preparing for CIPP certification. Through interactive exercises, this training provided its participants with an opportunity to ask questions and test their knowledge of the subject.

We had participants from diverse geographies and had engaging 2-day sessions. It also helped us understand the challenges the payroll team has to undergo whenever there is any change in the Payroll and Tax laws. Participants also received certificates from PayrollCloud at the end of this training.
