Oracle Journeys enables organisations to create a one-stop-shop for employees, where they navigate all aspects of work, complete complex tasks and access relevant resources across the organisation.


How does it Work? – HR Perspective
The HR teams use the Journeys Creator feature to create, tailor, modify and deliver personalised, step-by-step guidance for employees for various events like Onboarding, having a baby or growing their career. It takes just a few minutes and requires no coding or IT skills. Journeys Creator also comes with pre-built Journey templates, which can be customised.
Journeys Booster helps integrate HR processes and other business functions with third-party systems and external applications, enabling end-to-end process completion in a single experience.

How does it Work? – Employee Perspective
Journeys are assigned to an employee by the manager or HR and are even recommended by artificial intelligence based on the employee’s previous actions, events, or career progressions. Journeys can be accessed and completed by employees on Journeys Launchpad, which is accessible on any device, including desktop, mobile, chat applications, or Oracle Digital Assistant.
