Years of experience
Person management provides a framework for developing and managing talent profiles that meet your industry or organizational requirements. Having excellent person data management is essential for organizations with a high number of employees. The upgrades in the new Oracle HCM Cloud 22D have significantly improved the user experience and employee data management.

Last Update history added to Transaction Design Studio

Changes made to personal details were not tracked on the page itself, and admins had to toggle between pages to get that information. Oracle 22D has improved data visibility in the Personal Details, Contact Info, Identification Info, Family and Emergency Contacts, and Person Identifiers for External Applications responsive pages with the addition of these Last Updated By and Last Updated Date fields in the pages. This update helps the HR team to identify changes done by any user in the organization.
This update will help easily track future record updates and help identify the user who made the changes. It enhances the overall user experience of the HR team and clarifies the history of the employee record.

Person name formats validation updated

A new validation has been added to the Person Name Formats task in the Setup and Maintenance work area to prevent a user from generating a global person name format with a legislation code. Users will have one version of the global name across all countries.
Users in a multinational company who like to view people’s names in a single (usually Western) character set might use a global format to ensure that all names, regardless of origin, have the exact representation.
