Changes made to personal details were not tracked on the page itself, and admins had to toggle between pages to get that information. Oracle 22D has improved data visibility in the Personal Details, Contact Info, Identification Info, Family and Emergency Contacts, and Person Identifiers for External Applications responsive pages with the addition of these Last Updated By and Last Updated Date fields in the pages. This update helps the HR team to identify changes done by any user in the organization.
This update will help easily track future record updates and help identify the user who made the changes. It enhances the overall user experience of the HR team and clarifies the history of the employee record.

Person name formats validation updated
A new validation has been added to the Person Name Formats task in the Setup and Maintenance work area to prevent a user from generating a global person name format with a legislation code. Users will have one version of the global name across all countries.
