Oracle Global Payroll Interface sends personal payroll information to third-party payroll providers, imports payslips, and processes payroll data into Oracle HCM Cloud. You can configure payroll interfaces using the ‘Global Payroll Interface’ template to extend and augment your data feed to third-party payroll systems. The data is available for further reporting and analysis if you import processed payroll data or payslips from your third-party payroll provider.
Global Payroll Interface for Payroll Connect Vendors
Oracle Payroll supports seamless end-to-end strategic partnerships with payroll vendors to enhance data integrity and productivity. With the recent updates, we can generate interfaces for Payroll connect vendors using the process Global payroll Interface. This eliminates the dependency on third-party vendors to run Payroll.
We can use this process to convert an interface defined at one Legislative Data Group level to an enterprise level and to inject country-level data into the interface converted to an enterprise level.
Customers can construct an initial interface at any LDG level and choose the global attributes they want to include across countries when configuring payroll interface for payroll connect partners. This creates a standard interface for the payroll partner with access to all necessary global data.
This functionality will help an organisation to create one standard payroll interface for all its Payroll connect vendors for various countries.

Global Payroll Interface template supports salary
Usually, salary components are not visible for salary component attributes. With the recent updates, we can integrate salary based on simple components with third-party payroll systems using the enhanced Global Payroll Interface template to generate payroll interfaces.
This functionality helps display different types of salary component details in SOE based on the different types of attributes.
